Our beef is naturally lean and tender. Thank you for your interest in Everett Ranch Beef. All beef is USDA inspected. All beef will be delivered frozen. Steaks are cut 1-1/4 inch thick. 2 steaks per package. Weights per package are approximate. Prices are per pound. Processing is included in the price. You pay the alloted price for the # of pounds that is purchased not the list price on the package if you buy whole, halves or quarters.
